DEPOSIT
​
An initial deposit of $ 100, the remaining balance (1 week prior), and a signed contract must be secured prior to any services being performed by Consultant.
SPACE
​
The Client is responsible for clearing adequate space for the tent set-ups before Slumber Kids arrives to set up.
We have two different size set-ups for kids and adults.
​
For kids 10, each set-up requires approximately 30"wide x 6.5' long. (If you'd like trays are in front of the mattress, it requires 7.5' long).
For adults, each set-up requires approximately 3' width, 6.5' long. (With trays on the floor on the bottom of the mattress, the setup would be 7.5' long.)

We can do many different configurations to try and fit all the tents you wish to have!
Sending us a picture helps us to do that.
DAMAGES
The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Slumber Kids will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, food or drinks that will stain inside the tents). Please no sitting/standing on tray tables or climbing on or taking apart the tents. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the tent area.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Should you agree that Slumber Kids may photograph your event in the party agreement, Slumber Kids reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Slumber Kids, in perpetuity, and for other use by Slumber Kids. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations. At no point will names, ages, or addresses or personal information be used.
EVENT EXECUTION
Each Slumber Kids party is unique. Exact décor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We strive to update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a gorgeous event, even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website or FB/Instagram pages. Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies:
There will be no refunds given for your deposit which is made to secure your requested party date. However, we realize life with kids can sometimes be unpredictable, so a rescheduled date can be arranged between the Client and Slumber Kids if necessary.
LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES
Slumber Kids assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Slumber Kid’s inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Slumber Kids is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT
Slumber Kids has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the party agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies before reserving your party.
